WHAT WE CHARGE FOR CARICATURES

HOURLY FEE: For event entertainment, the client or host is billed an hourly fee and the caricatures are then FREE for all the guests drawn at the event. We currently charge $110 per hour for Black & White caricatures, or $165 per hour for Color caricatures. If more than one caricaturist is needed, our hourly fee is multiplied per caricaturist. Our caricaturists draw fast, each capable of drawing 12 people per hour in Black & White (5 minutes per person), or 6 people per hour in Color (10 minutes per person).

TRAVEL FEE: Since we travel to the event's location, we also charge a travel fee to cover our gasoline expense, vehicle "wear & tear" and driving time. We currently charge 50¢ per round-trip driving mile between the caricaturist's hometown and the event's location. Mile distance is calculated using Google Maps driving directions. Any distance under 30 round-trip driving miles will not be charged a travel fee. Also, if you request more than one caricaturist, we will do our best to organize a carpool to keep this fee to a minimum.

OPTIONAL FEES: As an added option, we can provide Picture Protectors (clear plastic envelopes with sturdy cardboard backing) to safely display and protect each caricature. We currently charge $25 per hour (per caricaturist) for this option, which is strongly recommended if the drawings will be handled by children or if bad weather is a factor. We also offer Customized Paper by stamping a logo or brief message on every drawing. We currently charge $100 for this option, which is a one-time fee no matter how many sheets are customized.

PAYMENT: We accept most forms of payment, including cash, checks, money orders and credit cards via PayPal. We do not require any down payments, as long as you sign and return our contract (see bookings). Full payment is due upon completion of our services.
